Poon Manomaiphiboon

Director

Poon Manomaiphiboon is a Director at CG Capital, focusing on real estate investment and development across hospitality and branded residences. Since joining CG Capital, he has led the project management and execution of key developments in Phuket, including The Standard Residences Phuket Bangtao, StandardX Hotel, Holiday Inn Express & Suites. His experience spans investment analysis, financial modelling and feasibility, project financing, and the coordination of operators, designers, consultants and development partners to drive projects from investment through development and delivery.

Prior to CG Capital, Poon worked across investment, business development and management consulting at Multiply Partners and Accenture. He holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Electrical and Electronic Engineering with Management from Imperial College London.

Krit Chantaworakit

Executive Director

Krit is the Executive Director at CG Capital and leads the origination and execution of high value leveraged investments across hospitality, branded residences, and mixed-use developments.

Previously, he held senior roles at SC Capital Partners and RREEF, where he managed opportunistic real estate funds and joint ventures, including hotels, high-rise residential projects, Japanese-serviced apartments in Thailand and apartment portfolios in Japan, and at Deutsche Bank, advising on cross-border capital raising, restructuring and M&A. Krit holds an MBA from Sasin Graduate Institute and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Chulalongkorn University.

Raksapong Nophawong

Director

Raksapong Nophawong is the Director at CG Capital with over 20 years of experience in real estate development and civil engineering. He leads greenfield and brownfield projects backed by private equity, driving key initiatives for the company.

Previously, he was Vice President at Nye Estate, where he oversaw landmark projects like Park Silom in Bangkok. He has also held leadership roles at Univentures Plc. and Golden Land, contributing to major developments such as W Hotel Bangkok and The Okura Prestige. Earlier, he managed hospitality projects at The Erawan Group and began his career in infrastructure at Sino-Thai Engineering.

Raksapong holds a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering from Mahidol University and a Senior Program certificate in Real Estate Development from Chulalongkorn University. He is an accredited engineer with certifications from Wired Score and Smart Score.

Nuttawat Kuvijitsuwan

Managing Director

Nuttawat Kuvijitsuwan is the Managing Director of CG Capital. He brings more than 15 years of real estate and marketing experiences. 

Mr.Kuvijitsuwan also serves as the executive director at Koon Estate, a real estate developer behind Kimpton Kitalay Samui, Hyde Park Garden Vibhavadi, the Quarter Collection and Cooper Siam, with combined project value exceeding 10 Billion THB. His expertise spans all commercial aspects of residential and hospitality development, from product design to sales and marketing. Before taking the entrepreneurial route, he advised global brands, such as Coca-Cola, Honda, Sony (Asia Pacific), and PTT Group,. Nuttawat holds a B.A. in Economics from Thammasat University and an MBA from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, USA.

Jason Dunn

Managing Director CIO

Jason Dunn is the Managing Director and Chief Investment Officer of CG Capital. With over 20 years of experience in real estate investment, including more than 10 years in Thailand, Mr. Dunn specializes in hotel acquisition, investment, and development. 

Before assuming his current role, Mr. Dunn served as the Head of Lehman Brothers Global Real Estate Fund for North Asia, overseeing real estate investments totaling approximately USD 3 billion.

Mr. Dunn holds a BCA in Accounting and BCom from Victoria University of Wellington. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) in New Zealand.

Charles Rubin

Managing Director IR, GC and Risk

Charles Rubin is the Managing Director of Investor Relation, Governance and Compliance, and Risk at CG Capital. Bringing 30 years of experiences in Thailand and SEA, Mr. Rubin’s expertise is in real estate investment, mergers & acquisitions, and legal structuring.

Prior to his current role, Mr. Rubin was the Managing Director and Head of Lehman Brothers Global Real Estate Group for SEA. He oversaw real estate investments and non-performing loans (NPL) totaling approximately USD 2 billion.

Mr. Rubin holds a BA in International Relations and JD from Cornell Law School

Soravit Chairoj

Managing Partner, Co-Founder

Soravit Chairoj is the Managing Partner and Co-Head of CG Capital. He brings more than 20 years of real estate and private equity investment experiences internationally, including involvement in more than 30 hotels and serviced residences across Thailand and Southeast Asia.

Mr. Chairoj also serves as the Co-Founder at Koon Estate, contributing significantly to the success of award-winning projects like Kimpton Kitalay Samui, Hyde Park Garden, Cooper Siam, and the Quarter Collection.

Prior to taking on his current roles, Mr. Chairoj had broad experience in a wide range of transactions with Lehman Brothers across Asia including real estate acquisitions, joint ventures, securitization and placement, restructuring workouts, and fixed income trading. 

Mr. Chairoj graduated with honors from Stanford University with a B.A. in Economics and M.S. in Management Science & Engineering. He is a King’s Scholar and a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).

Phoom Chirathivat

Managing Partner, Co-Founder

Phoom Chirathivat is the Managing Partner and Co-Head of CG Capital. He has over 10 years of experience in private equity, and real estate investment and development in Thailand and Southeast Asia.

In addition to his role at CG Capital, Mr. Chirathivat serves as the Head of Hotels and Alternative Investments at Central Pattana Plc, Thailand’s largest mixed-use developer with over 40 projects nation-wide. Recognized for leading the company’s diversification into new asset classes, he plays a key role in building Central Pattana’s portfolio of hotels, as well as investing in data centers and venture capital.

Before assuming his current roles, Mr. Chirathivat was a VP at L Catterton, the US$1.6 billion LVMH-backed consumer private equity fund.

Mr. Chirathivat is a member of the Excom of Park Hyatt Bangkok and Hilton Pattaya, and Board of Directors of MEGA Bangna,

He holds a BA in Political Science from Tufts University,
and an MBA from UCLA’s Anderson School of Management.
